Return Policy

If an item from Ace Branded Products, Inc. arrives damaged or you would like to return/exchange a purchase, please fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form below or call 1.800.294.9007 Ext. 2 for a RA. You may also email us at info@brandedproducts.com with an explanation of your problem, along with the best time and means to contact you.

All returns require a RA. It is important to return all products in their original packaging and with all original shipping materials. All returns must be shipped prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted.

Note: All damaged items must be signed for at time of delivery as damaged and reported within 2 days of receipt.
Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty - please contact us with any questions or problems.
